Welcome to our Behavioural Modification Programme, where we prioritise the well-being of your furry companion. We believe that patience and consistency are essential in modifying a dog’s behaviour, and our compassionate, force-free methods ensure that every dog receives the care they deserve.

Behavioural modification is not about “correcting” or suppressing behaviours. Instead, it is about helping your dog change how they feel about the triggers that cause distress. By addressing the underlying negative or aversive emotional state, we work towards creating more positive associations and a calmer mindset.

If your dog is struggling with reactivity, phobias, anxiety, or other behavioural challenges, we’re here to help. During our initial session, we’ll carefully assess your dog’s unique circumstances and use these findings to create a tailored treatment plan and personalised recommendations.

Behaviours are symptoms, not the root cause. That’s why we adopt a holistic approach—ruling out medical conditions, supporting a balanced and nutritious diet, making environmental adjustments where possible, and fostering an overall positive emotional state.

While specific results cannot be guaranteed, we are dedicated to offering a structured plan that supports your dog’s long-term progress and emotional well-being.

Frequently Asked Questions

During the initial session, we will further evaluate the dog’s behaviours and emotional state. We then make recommendations and a training plan. While some may see progress after a few sessions, others may require more coaching and practice to achieve our objectives.

The duration of each session depends on the complexity of the behaviour. On average, sessions are approximately one to two hours, including the initial evaluation.

Our goal is to address your concerns and work towards your training objectives during each session.

It’s important to recognize that behaviour is a dynamic aspect influenced by numerous factors such as previous training history, socialization history, medical conditions, diet, breed traits, genetics, environment, and your compliant, can impact the progress.. We understand that results may vary, and while we provide a comprehensive treatment plan, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. The success of the program relies on your commitment as the dog’s guardian to follow the recommended strategies.

Yes. However, reasons why dogs pull may include  anxiety, excitement, distractions (environment), a short leash, breed-specific behaviours, and previous training history. Depending on your dog’s needs and behaviour, training may take several days or even weeks to achieve lasting results.

We first need to identify the underlying causes of your dog’s pulling behaviour and provide a training plan to address the issue.

How it works:

Rule out medical issues:

Schedule a visit with your vet to rule out any underlying medical issues if necessary.

First session:

Thorough assessment of the dog's behaviour, temperament, and the situations that triggers the behaviour(s). The session may take an hour or more.

Customized Training Plan:

We'll recommend a training plan tailored to address your dog's specific needs and challenges. This may include managing the environment (where possible), modifying the dog's diet and current activities, and recommendation of training exercises.

Hands-On Training:

We will work with you and your dog during in-home sessions, providing guidance on positive reinforcement techniques and behaviour modification.

Week 2/3:

We will follow up to check on the progress and recommend additional exercises if necessary. We may also request videos of your own training sessions for further assessment.

Second session:

There will be a 3-week interval between the first & second session. We may recommend additional exercises and discuss the dog's progress. We may schedule this session accordingly based on the dog's progress.

Additional session:

You may wish to enrol for additional sessions if you require more help with the training plan.
