REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Hopefordogs Canine Training as your training partner. Please take a moment to review our no-refund policy outlined below. Hopefordogs Canine Training (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates hopefordogs.sg (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).

No-Refund Policy with Compassionate Consideration and Expiry Clause

1. No-Refund Policy:

  • All purchases for Training Programs are final.
  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason other than outlined in our Compassionate Consideration section.

 

2. Compassionate Consideration for Passing of the Dog:

  • In the unfortunate event of the passing of the dog during the training period, a compassionate consideration may be granted.
  • Requests for compassionate consideration must be accompanied by appropriate documentation, such as a veterinarian certificate or other proof of the dog’s passing.
  • Each request will be responded within 5 working days.
  • There will be a 5% refund processing fee based on the initial purchase price.

 

3. Refund

  • Any refund is at the sole discretion of Hopefordogs Canine Training.
  • In the event of discontinuation due to unforeseen circumstances, we offer a refund of up to 60% of the purchase price for the unused training sessions.
  • The remaining 40% can be converted into credits (30 days expiry) that can be used to purchase products from our online store.
  • There will be a 5% refund processing fee based on the initial purchase price.

 

4. Three (03) Months Expiry Policy:

  • All training packages have a 3-month expiration from the date of purchase.
  • Clients are responsible for scheduling and completing their training sessions within this timeframe.

 

5. Non-Eligibility for Refund:

  • Requests for compassionate consideration or unused sessions refunds must be made within 30 days, and eligibility will be determined at the sole discretion of Hopefordogs Canine Training.
  • Failure to provide sufficient documentation or evidence may result in the denial of the refund request.

 

6. Modification of Training Programs:

  • We reserve the right to modify the content, schedule, or any other aspect of the training programs without prior notice. In the event of such modifications, clients are not entitled to a refund.
